OUR WORLD CLASS SERVICES

We are proud to introduce and describe services offered to customers of World Class Logistics Management. Our services have been split into their respective categories, which include:

Air Freight

Domestic:
WCLM is capable of delivering your freight to any destination in the United States. We offer emergency air service, standard overnight service, and 2nd or 3rd day deferred service.

International:
WCLM is able to deliver freight around the globe. We handle freight dimensions with up to 194 cubic inches. We have direct connections with regards to international brokers and forwarders.

Ocean Freight

Export:
WCLM is contracted with all of the major steamship lines and customs house brokers. These contracts allow us to move containers to all ports of the world. We are also capable of shipping LCL (Less than Container Loads). LCL is a cost efficient way of purchasing portions of space opposed to the full container.

Import:
WCLM can assist in all phases of importing freight. Along with the ocean portion of your move, we have facilities throughout the country to receive, warehouse, and distribute your merchandise.

Rail

WCLM's contract negotiating capabilities allows us to provide our customers with the price saving alternative of rail. World Class has access to equipment in the forms of 20’, 40’, 45’, 48’, 53’, high cube, temperature control, Trailer on Flat Car, Container on Flat Car, and/or Stack Train, with dropping available at either end. World Class is not limited to using just one railroad, container, or Drayage Company. Therefore, we are able to provide our customers with creative rail/truck combinations that best suit the railhead or pier to which their shipment is destined.

Over the Road - Truck

Carrier Base:
WCLM's national fleet of carriers affords us over 5,000 pieces of equipment. We have use of 48’ and 53’ vans, standard and team service, air ride, temperature control and specialized equipment specific to the retail industry. Our regional fleets specialize in 500-mile runs in the Mid-Atlantic, North-East, South-West, Mid-West and West Coast.

Service:
Each shipment that World Class moves has its own unique service requirements. With our door-to-door pick up and delivery of full (TL) and partial truckloads (LTL), we are able to:

1) Lower our customers cost of holding inventory.
2) Reduce transit time.
3) Reduce customers’ risk of a claim.
4) Increase the security and integrity of our customers shipment.

Warehousing

WCLM works with warehousing facilities in all areas of the United States. We have a presence at the major domestic piers with the ability to handle and store import or export goods and containers.

We will provide you with alternatives to moving individual shipments to a particular geographic location. We can warehouse your product, and distibute it to your customers as required. Your goods are where you need them, when you need them. Your dock is clear and you've eliminated the cost of using your facility as a warehouse.

LTL
